Kelly R. Bailey was born in St. Louis, Missouri. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami (Florida) in 1991, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Washington University in St. Louis in 1994 (and has also obtained graduate degrees in divinity and Biblical studies). He served in the U.S. Army JAG Corps and as a litigator in St. Louis, and has over eight years of experience as a patent prosecutor.

Areas of Practice:

Prosecuting patent applications through the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. Technological areas include agricultural machinery, medical devices, and automotive.
